At Fighter Cases, we strive to provide high-quality phone cases that meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy carefully:

All Sales Final

All purchases made through Fighter Cases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, except in the case of a faulty item.

Faulty Items

​

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund. To qualify:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide Evidence: Include a description of the issue and photos of the faulty item.

Exceptions

​

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Sale or clearance items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for replacements unless faulty.
