We ship to most countries worldwide; however, we cannot ship to the following locations:

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • Ukraine

  • Belarus

If your shipping address is in one of the restricted regions, we regret that we cannot process your order.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days $7.61

  • International Shipping:

    • Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

All shipping rates are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and delays outside our control.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info.fightercases@gmail.com with your order details. While we will assist in resolving the issue, Fighter Cases is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Fighter Cases is not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
